Event Information
Race Bib & Shirt Pick-Up
- Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex prior to their scheduled event to pick up their race bib, participant shirt and gEAR bag.
- To pick up a race bib, runners must visit The Arena and have a valid photo ID and a signed waiver.
- Guests cannot pick up a race bib for another runner unless they are a minor.
- Runners will pick up their participant race shirt(s) and gEAR Bag in the VISA Athletic Center. Participant shirts may be exchanged for another size at the Expo if the desired size is available.
Commemorative Items
- All pre-purchased commemorative items may be picked up at the Event Merchandise location in The Arena.
- Commemorative items not picked up at the Expo will not be mailed out after the event or refunded.
- Commemorative items include:
- Event Merchandise Bundles (Logo Pin, Medal Replica Pin and Mileage Magnet)
- Challenge Bundle
- Kids Races Mickey Ears

runDisney Interactive Zone
The Interactive Zone features activities available to all runners, friends and family at the Expo during Star Wars Rival Run Weekend. All activities are free, open to Guests of all ages and require no special attire or prior experience. Check out the activity descriptions and schedule below!

All activities will be located in the VISA Athletic Nook on the upper level of the VISA Athletic Center.
Take part in these all-level Yoga classes to learn poses that can aid you in all areas of your running! In our two different classes, Pre-Race Yoga for Runners, and Post-Race Yoga for Runners, you will be learning poses that complement a training program and help build flexibility and strength in an everyday runner! In Pre-Race Yoga for Runners, learn how to warm up during the morning prior to the race, activating key muscles and awakening your entire body, or come to Post-Race Yoga to help you in your post-race recovery, focusing on easing soreness in key muscles, reducing pain & inflammation, and gradually increasing flexibility and energy in the hours and days after your race.
Learn to harness the power of meditation to settle your mind, become more mindful while running, and enhance overall running performance. Explore what meditation is, what its benefits for runners are, and how to do it in simple, easy to learn steps.
In this discussion with Jeff Galloway, all of your running questions can be answered! When asked what he wants people to get out of this session, Jeff has said, "I want to help each person enjoy every mile of every run."
Join us as we have representatives from FitVine Wines and Playalinda Brewing Company as they discuss the finer points of designing adult beverages for an active lifestyle. As an added treat, The Ganachery will be speaking and providing their chocolate for tasting! Tasting included 21+, must have a valid form of identification.
Discover how Disney characters are brought to life during a hands-on presentation with a Disney artist at Animation Academy. Even learn how to draw the characters yourself and take home your art!
Get your blood flowing and loosen your muscles alongside a AdventHealth physical therapist with an introduction to foam rolling and some stretching tips and tricks. *Note: Foam Rollers will be available for use.
Bring the kids and enjoy activities that will keep them engaged and having fun! Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Come by the Interactive Zone and create a special card that will help brighten the day of a child getting their wish granted by the Make-A-Wish Foundation!
