Temperature Warning

Attention Disney Princess Half Marathon runners!
We are anticipating warmer temperatures during the Half Marathon on Sunday. As you prepare for the race, please review heat related tips here.







Race Bib & Start Group Assignment

Each participant is assigned a race bib. Please wear the race bib centered on the front of your outermost garment. It is the responsibility of the runner to wear his or her bib during the race, as well as to know the following:

  • In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm that your bib is:
  • Clearly visible on the front of the torso
  • Unaltered and unmodified (do not fold, wrinkle or iron)
  • Pinned in all 4 corners
  • Not covered with shirts, jackets, winter wear, runner belts, water bottles, etc.
  • If a participant is seen without his or her bib number while running on the course, he or she will be removed from the course for security and safety reasons.
  • The number on your bib will determine your assigned start group. Start groups are assigned based on proof of time provided for the half marathon or your estimated finishing time. Start groups are based on anticipated pace per mile for the 5K and 10K.
  • No start group changes will be made at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo.
  • Remember to fill out the Emergency Medical Information on the back of the bib.

gEAR Bag Check


  • gEAR Bag check is available for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon, and is located in the staging area.
  • The clear plastic bag received at the Expo with your participant shirt will serve as your gEAR Bag.
  • Stickers used to identify your gEAR Bag will be provided when you drop off your gEAR Bag.
  • All gEAR Bags left at the end of the race will be turned into Lost and Found at Epcot Guest Relations outside the park entrance.

Food and Beverage

  • On race day, participants and spectators can enjoy a variety of food and beverage offering before, during, and post-race. From coffee, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, and celebratory drinks, you won’t want to miss these delicious menu items.

Lost and Found

  • Any clothing items left on-site will be donated at the end of the event weekend and not returned to lost and found.
  • If an item is lost on the race course or in the staging areas, check in with the Information Tent to see if it has been turned in. You may leave your information at that tent in the event a lost item is returned so we can contact you.
  • All unclaimed lost and found items will be turned into the Epcot Guest Relations desk outside the park entrances upon race completion.
